All packages are shipped to the address provided to us during your checkout process. IN2R Clothing and Apparel is not responsible for packages that are misdelivered, due to the customer entering an incorrect address at checkout.

Be sure to double check your shipping address before you complete the checkout process and after you receive your order confirmation.

Will I be able to track my order? 

Each customer will receive a confirmation email upon placing their order and a second email when the product has been officially shipped. This confirmation of shipment will include a tracking number and a link so customers may track their order.

Customs & Duty Fees

All of our products are designed in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Most of our products are printed in Canada, however a few of our products are printed in the United States, and may be subject to duty and customs fees. IN2R Clothing and Apparel is not responsible for estimating or paying customs duties and charges. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Depending on what you have ordered, you may receive items from your order at separate times.
• Contact us if you live elsewhere in the World and are interested in ordering and we will look to make arrangements.

• IN2R apparel should always be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors.
• DO NOT bleach.
• DO NOT use any fabric softeners, or dry-clean the items.
• Always hang to dry to prevent shrinking and fading.
• Ironing is not recommended. Do not iron the print.
