Made to Order

What Made to Order Means

A made-to-order product is produced only after a customer completes an order. This allows IN2R to offer selected products, colours and sizes without mass-producing inventory in advance.

Made-to-order products require production before carrier transit can begin. They do not follow the normal processing timeline for products already stocked in Saskatoon.

• The item is produced after your order is placed.
• The product page identifies the item as Made to Order.
• Production time occurs before shipping time.
• An approved fulfillment partner may produce and ship the item.

Production & Timing

For our current print-on-demand fulfillment partner, production typically takes 2–5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed production-completion, shipping or delivery date.

Production timing may vary because of:

• Product and blank-apparel availability
• Size or colour availability
• Decoration or embroidery method
• Order volume and production capacity
• Quality-control requirements
• Fulfillment-facility routing
• Holidays or circumstances outside IN2R’s direct control

Any product-specific fulfillment information shown on the product page forms part of the information for that item.

Fulfillment & Shipping

Fulfillment partners may route an order to different production facilities based on destination, availability, decoration method and facility capacity. IN2R cannot guarantee that a made-to-order item will be produced or shipped from a specific city or country.

If an order contains both Saskatoon-stocked products and made-to-order products, the order may be divided into separate shipments. Tracking information will be provided for each tracked shipment when available.

Carrier transit begins only after production is complete and the item has shipped. Full rates, transit estimates and delivery information are available in the IN2R Shipping Policy.

Changes & Cancellations

Production may begin shortly after an order is submitted. Contact IN2R as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation, size change, colour change, address correction or another modification.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a request before production begins, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.

Email ineedtoride@shaw.ca and include your full name, order number and the requested change.

Returns & Exchanges

Once production has begun, made-to-order products are final sale for voluntary reasons. They cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged because of:

• Change of mind
• Sizing or fit
• Colour preference
• Ordering the wrong size or colour
• Other personal preferences

This restriction does not remove any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Review the full Refund & Return Policy before ordering.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Contact IN2R promptly if a made-to-order product arrives damaged, appears defective, is different from what you ordered or is materially different from its product description.

Please report production defects, damage or incorrect items as soon as possible and preferably within 30 days of delivery so we can investigate promptly with the fulfillment partner. This requested reporting period does not reduce any longer rights available under applicable law.

Include these details

• Your full name and order number
• A clear description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the product when reasonably available
• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label when relevant

Do not dispose of the product or send it directly to a production facility unless IN2R provides instructions.

Made to Order vs. Pre-Order

A made-to-order product is an available product that is produced after you complete your purchase. Its production can begin shortly after the order is submitted.

A pre-order product is offered during a published order window. Production or supplier ordering begins after that window closes based on the confirmed orders received.

Pre-order opening dates, closing deadlines, changes, cancellations and fulfillment terms are explained on the applicable product page and the Pre-Order Information section.

If an Item Cannot Be Fulfilled

IN2R will not intentionally substitute a materially different product, size, colour or decoration method without customer approval.

If IN2R or its fulfillment partner is unable to fulfill a paid made-to-order item, the affected item will be cancelled and the amount paid for that item will be refunded to the original payment method.
