Shipping Policy

Before Your Order Ships

In-stock orders are normally prepared within 2 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Once a shipped order leaves IN2R or a fulfilment partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Made-to-order, pre-order and special-order products follow the separate fulfilment terms below and are not subject to the normal 2-business-day in-stock processing timeline.

Processing may also take longer during promotions, holidays or unusually high order volume. If an in-stock product has a different fulfilment timeline, that information will be shown on the product page or communicated directly to you.

Made-to-Order Items

Some IN2R products are made specifically for your order after checkout. Instead of being packed from our Saskatoon inventory, these items are produced and shipped through an approved fulfilment partner.

Production typically takes 2–5 business days. For Canadian orders, carrier transit is typically about 3–4 business days after production. Most made-to-order orders therefore arrive in approximately 5–9 business days total from the date of purchase.

Some orders may take up to approximately 12 business days because of product availability, production volume, fulfilment routing, remote destinations, statutory holidays or carrier delays. All timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Fulfilment partners may route an order to different production facilities based on the customer’s destination, product availability, decoration method and facility capacity. IN2R cannot guarantee that a made-to-order item will be produced or shipped from a specific city or country.

If your order contains both Saskatoon-stocked items and made-to-order items, the order may be split into separate shipments. Tracking will be provided for each tracked shipment when available.

Made-to-order apparel may be returned under the terms of our Refund & Return Policy. Direct exchanges are not available on made-to-order products; approved voluntary returns are issued as IN2R store credit.

Pre-Orders & Special Orders

Pre-order products are offered during a published order window. The pre-order closing date and time is the order and cancellation cutoff — not a shipping or delivery date.

Production, supplier ordering or other fulfilment activity begins after the order window closes based on the confirmed customer orders received during the pre-order period.

When an estimated ship window is shown on the product page, it is an estimate of when the order is expected to leave IN2R or its fulfilment partner. Carrier transit time begins only after the order has shipped.

Production timing may change because of supplier availability, production capacity, quality-control requirements, fulfilment-partner delays, carrier conditions or other circumstances outside IN2R’s direct control.

If a material delay affects a pre-order, IN2R will communicate updated timing and provide any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law.

If IN2R is unable to fulfil a paid pre-order, the affected item will be cancelled and the amount paid for that item will be refunded to the original payment method.

Saskatoon local-delivery and pickup customers will be contacted only after their pre-order is ready for delivery or collection. The end of the pre-order window does not mean the item is ready for pickup or local delivery.

Shipping Within Canada

Canadian orders are shipped using a tracked service selected by IN2R or its fulfilment partner based on destination, service availability and delivery performance.

• Standard Tracked Shipping: $14.95 CAD
• Estimated carrier transit for in-stock orders: 3–8 business days after processing
• Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $150 CAD or more

Remote and rural destinations may require additional transit time. Made-to-order products may also ship from a fulfilment facility outside Canada when local production is not available. The carrier used for your order will be identified in your shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Shipping to the United States

IN2R currently ships tracked orders to the United States.

• Standard Tracked Shipping: $19.95 CAD
• Estimated carrier transit: 5–10 business days after processing
• No U.S. free-shipping threshold currently applies

Cross-border delivery times may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

IN2R offers online shipping to selected international destinations when those countries are available at checkout. Available destinations, shipping methods and charges may change based on carrier service and fulfilment requirements.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage or customs-processing charges that are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless expressly shown as collected at checkout.

If your country is not available at checkout, contact IN2R before placing an order. Do not use an incorrect country or delivery address to bypass checkout restrictions.

Saskatoon Local Delivery

Local delivery is available to eligible Saskatoon street addresses.

• $6.95 CAD on eligible orders from $50.00 to $99.99 CAD
• FREE local delivery on eligible orders of $100 CAD or more
• Street addresses only; local delivery is not available to PO boxes
• Delivery timing is arranged directly with the customer after the order is placed

If local delivery is available for your address and order, the option will be shown during checkout.

FREE Saskatoon Pickup

Free pickup is available to customers who can collect their order in Saskatoon. You do not need to live in Saskatoon to use pickup.

Pickup orders use a separate request process so that our private pickup location is not displayed publicly during checkout.

• Choose FREE Saskatoon Pickup from your cart instead of regular checkout
• Submit your name, mobile number, email address and any helpful pickup timing information
• No payment is taken when the pickup request is submitted
• IN2R will review and confirm the order
• You will receive an email with a secure Shopify payment link
• Your purchase is finalized when payment is completed through that link
• After payment, we will confirm your pickup time and provide the pickup details privately

Please wait until IN2R has confirmed that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.

Shipping Address

Shipped orders are sent to the address entered during checkout.

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase and again when you receive your order confirmation.

Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has started or the package has been transferred to the carrier.

IN2R Clothing & Apparel is not responsible for delivery problems, delays, returned packages or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Track Your Order

For shipped orders, you will receive:

• An order confirmation email after your purchase is completed
• A shipping confirmation email after your order has been fulfiled
• A tracking number and carrier tracking link for tracked shipments

Tracking information may take some time to update after the shipping confirmation is sent because the carrier must first scan the package into its network.

Local delivery and Saskatoon pickup orders do not use standard carrier tracking.

For made-to-order and pre-order products, a shipping confirmation or pickup/local-delivery readiness message is sent only after the item has completed production or fulfilment and is ready for the next delivery step.

How Long Will It Take?

For in-stock orders, estimated delivery time includes both IN2R processing time and carrier transit time.

• In-stock processing: normally 2 business days
• Canada transit: approximately 3–8 business days after processing
• United States transit: approximately 5–10 business days after processing

Made-to-order products are different. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before carrier transit begins. For Canadian orders, transit is typically about 3–4 business days after production, for a typical total of 5–9 business days. Some orders may take up to approximately 12 business days.

Pre-orders are also different. Their normal fulfilment timeline begins after the published order window closes, and any estimated ship window shown on the product page is separate from carrier transit time.

All processing, production, shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may take longer because of production or supplier delays, weather, carrier disruptions, statutory holidays, remote destinations, customs processing, incorrect shipping information or other circumstances outside the control of IN2R Clothing & Apparel.

Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges

Any order that crosses an international border may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or other fees. This can include a made-to-order product being delivered within Canada if the item is fulfiled from a facility outside Canada.

Any amounts collected during checkout will be shown before payment is completed. Unless IN2R has expressly stated that duties and taxes are prepaid, charges not collected at checkout may still be assessed by customs authorities or the carrier and, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

IN2R Clothing & Apparel cannot guarantee customs processing times, a specific country of fulfilment for made-to-order products, or the amount of any charge imposed by customs authorities or carriers.

Separate Shipments

Items from the same order may be fulfiled separately and arrive in more than one package. This is especially common when an order combines Saskatoon-stocked products with made-to-order products, or when different products are produced at different fulfilment facilities.

When separate tracked shipments are used, tracking information will be provided for each available shipment. Customers will not be charged additional storefront shipping solely because an order is divided into multiple packages.

If a Package Is Lost, Damaged or Missing Something

Contact us promptly if your shipped package:

• Arrives damaged
• Appears to be lost in transit
• Is marked delivered but cannot be located
• Arrives with an item missing

Please include your order number and photographs of damaged packaging or products when applicable.

We will review the available shipment information and, where appropriate, work with the carrier on an investigation or claim. Carrier claims remain subject to the carrier’s requirements, timelines and final decisions.

Returned, Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned to IN2R because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, failure to collect the package or unpaid customs charges may be refunded after the package has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

These costs may be deducted from any refund that is issued. Customers requesting reshipment will be responsible for the new shipping charge.

Shipping Outside Our Current Delivery Area

Online shipping is currently available only to destinations offered during checkout.

If your location is not available at checkout, please do not place an order using an incorrect destination or address. Contact us first if you have a shipping question.
