Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Delivery time begins once the carrier has received your package and is separate from our processing time.
During product launches, promotions and holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Address
Orders are shipped to the address entered during checkout. Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase and again when you receive your order confirmation.
Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.
IN2R Clothing & Apparel is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping it.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive:
- An order confirmation email after your order is placed.
- A shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
The shipping confirmation will include a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within five business days, please contact us at ineedtoride@shaw.ca.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, holidays and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.
IN2R Clothing & Apparel is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will assist where reasonably possible if a shipment appears to be delayed or lost.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages
Contact us promptly if your package arrives damaged, appears to be lost in transit or is marked as delivered but cannot be located.
Please include your order number and any available photographs of damaged packaging or products.
We will review the shipment information and, where appropriate, open an investigation or claim with the shipping carrier. Claims may be subject to the carrier’s timelines and requirements.
Separate Shipments
Depending on the products ordered and where they are fulfilled, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
When available, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because we divide your order into multiple shipments.
International Orders, Duties and Taxes
Some products may be fulfilled or shipped from outside the customer’s country.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or customs-processing fees imposed by the destination country. Unless clearly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the customer’s responsibility.
IN2R Clothing & Apparel cannot predict or control charges imposed by customs authorities. Contact your local customs office for information before ordering.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products can legally be imported into their country.
Shipping Outside Our Standard Delivery Area
Contact us at ineedtoride@shaw.ca before ordering if shipping is not available to your location during checkout. We will determine whether shipping arrangements can be made and provide the applicable cost.
