Existing order Order status, payment or product issue
Include your full name, order number, the email address used at checkout and a clear description of the question or concern.
Return or exchange Request instructions before shipping
Do not send merchandise back before receiving return instructions. Eligible voluntary in-stock apparel and made-to-order apparel returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Approved voluntary returns are issued as IN2R store credit. Headwear, pre-orders and other final-sale items follow the separate terms in the Refund & Return Policy.
Shipping or delivery Tracking, delivery timing or address question
Review the Shipping Policy first for in-stock processing, made-to-order production, fulfilment-partner shipping, carrier transit, pre-order fulfilment, Saskatoon local delivery and pickup information. Made-to-order production typically takes 2–5 business days, with most Canadian made-to-order orders arriving in approximately 5–9 business days total. For an existing order, include the order number and the delivery address used at checkout.
Made-to-order product Production, changes, fulfilment or timing
Products marked Made to Order are produced after your order is placed and may be fulfilled by an approved production partner. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a size, colour or order change. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production begins. Eligible made-to-order apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery for IN2R store credit; direct exchanges are not available.
Pre-order question Order window, changes, cancellations or timing
Pre-orders may be changed or cancelled while the published order window remains open. The closing date and time is the order and cancellation cutoff — not a shipping or delivery date. Production or supplier fulfilment begins after the window closes.
Saskatoon pickup Pickup request, payment link or readiness question
Free Saskatoon pickup uses the pickup-request option in the cart. No payment is taken when the request is submitted. IN2R reviews the order, sends a secure Shopify payment link, and provides pickup details privately after payment when the order is ready.

For a damaged, defective or incorrect product, include clear photographs when reasonably available, including packaging or the shipping label when relevant, plus a description of the issue. For complaints, include all relevant order information so the concern can be reviewed properly.

Do not ship an item without contacting IN2R first. Approved voluntary returns are normally issued as IN2R store credit unless applicable law requires another remedy. Eligible made-to-order apparel can be returned within 30 days of delivery, but direct exchanges are not available. Headwear remains final sale for voluntary returns and exchanges.
