Production & Delivery
Made to Order
IN2R has carefully selected Made-to-Order products that are printed or embroidered for your order and shipped from Canada. Here is exactly what that means for production, shipping, changes and returns.
Last updated: September 13, 2026
IN2R has carefully selected a range of Made-to-Order products that are prepared specifically for your order after checkout. Instead of being pulled from our on-hand Saskatoon inventory, these items are professionally printed or embroidered in Canada by our approved fulfilment partner and shipped from Canada.
Whenever a product is Made to Order, we identify it clearly on the product page. Because printing or embroidery can begin quickly after purchase, please review the product description, colour, size and fit information before placing your order.
What Made to Order Means at IN2R
A Made-to-Order product is one of the products IN2R has carefully selected to be finished specifically for each order. After purchase, the item is professionally printed or embroidered in Canada and shipped from Canada through our approved fulfilment partner.
Made-to-Order allows IN2R to offer additional products, colours and sizes without carrying unnecessary inventory while still maintaining the quality, look and feel we expect from anything carrying the IN2R name. Because the item must first be printed or embroidered, there is a production stage before carrier transit begins. That timing is different from products already stocked in Saskatoon and ready to ship.
- The item is printed or embroidered after your order is placed.
- The product page identifies the item as Made to Order.
- Production time occurs before shipping time.
- The item is printed or embroidered and shipped from Canada by our approved fulfilment partner.
Production Time
For our current Canadian fulfilment partner, printing or embroidery typically takes 2–5 business days. Carrier transit within Canada is typically about 3–4 business days after production, so most Made-to-Order orders arrive in approximately 5–9 business days total from the date of purchase.
Some orders may take up to approximately 12 business days because of product availability, production volume, remote destinations, statutory holidays or carrier delays. All timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Production timing may vary because of:
- Product and blank-apparel availability
- Size or colour availability
- Decoration or embroidery method
- Order volume and production capacity
- Quality-control requirements
- Holidays or circumstances outside IN2R’s direct control
Any product-specific fulfilment information shown on the product page forms part of the information for that item.
From Production to Shipping
IN2R Made-to-Order products are professionally printed or embroidered and shipped from Canada through our approved Canadian fulfilment partner. These items are not pulled from IN2R’s on-hand Saskatoon inventory, so they may ship separately from products we stock ourselves.
If an order contains both Saskatoon-stocked products and Made-to-Order products, the order may be divided into separate shipments. Tracking information will be provided for each tracked shipment when available.
Carrier transit begins only after printing or embroidery is complete and the item has shipped. Transit within Canada is typically about 3–4 business days after production. Full rates, broader transit estimates and delivery information are available in the IN2R Shipping Policy.
That estimate includes printing or embroidery in Canada plus typical carrier transit. Some orders may take up to approximately 12 business days.
Need to Make a Change?
Printing or embroidery can begin shortly after checkout. If you need to request a cancellation, size or colour change, address correction or another modification, contact IN2R as soon as possible.
We will do our best to help before printing or embroidery begins, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the item has entered production.
Email hello@in2rclothing.com and include your full name, order number and the requested change.
Returns & Exchanges for Made-to-Order Items
Eligible made-to-order apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery for IN2R store credit. Returned apparel must meet the standard return-condition requirements in our Refund & Return Policy.
- Direct exchanges are not available on made-to-order apparel.
- If you need another size, colour or product, use the approved store credit to place a new order.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping on voluntary made-to-order returns.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from an IN2R error.
- Each made-to-order apparel item is eligible for one voluntary return for store credit.
Made-to-order headwear remains final sale for voluntary reasons. This does not limit rights that apply when an item is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise protected by law.
Review the full Refund & Return Policy for complete conditions.
If Something Arrives Wrong
Contact IN2R promptly if a made-to-order product arrives damaged, appears defective, is not what you ordered or is materially different from its product description. We want to know when something is not right.
Please report production defects, damage or incorrect items as soon as possible and preferably within 30 days of delivery so we can investigate promptly with the fulfilment partner. This requested reporting period does not reduce any longer rights available under applicable law.
Include these details
- Your full name and order number
- A clear description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the product when reasonably available
- Photographs of the packaging and shipping label when relevant
Do not dispose of the product or send it directly to a production facility unless IN2R provides instructions.
Made to Order Is Not the Same as Pre-Order
A Made-to-Order product is an available product that is printed or embroidered after you complete your purchase and then shipped from Canada. Production can begin shortly after the order is submitted.
A pre-order product is offered during a published order window. Production or supplier ordering begins after that window closes based on the confirmed orders received.
Pre-order opening dates, closing deadlines, changes, cancellations and fulfilment terms are explained on the applicable product page and the Pre-Order Information section.
If We Cannot Fulfil an Item
IN2R will not intentionally substitute a materially different product, size, colour or printing or embroidery method without customer approval.
If IN2R or its Canadian fulfilment partner is unable to fulfil a paid Made-to-Order item, the affected item will be cancelled and the amount paid for that item will be refunded to the original payment method.
