Throughout this website, “IN2R,” “IN2R Clothing & Apparel,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the IN2R online store. “Customer,” “you” and “your” refer to a visitor, account holder or purchaser using the store.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account, contacting us or placing an order. If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, you may use the store only with the permission and supervision required by applicable law.

You must not use this website to:

• Commit fraud, impersonate another person or submit false or misleading information.
• Interfere with website security, restricted systems or store operations.
• Transmit malicious code or collect information about other customers without authorization.
• Violate applicable law, third-party rights or IN2R intellectual-property rights.
• Make unauthorized commercial use of store content or purchase products for unauthorized resale.

We may restrict access when we reasonably believe activity is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or creates a security or operational risk.

Mental health and brand messaging

Mental health is an important part of the IN2R story and brand purpose. IN2R may publish mental-health, lifestyle or motivational content for general brand, community and informational purposes. That content is not medical advice, counselling, diagnosis, treatment or a substitute for professional healthcare.

Products, Pricing, Payments & Orders

Product information and sizing

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, colours, specifications, pricing, sizing and availability accurately. Display colours and details can vary because of device, screen, lighting, photography and normal manufacturing differences.

Product sizing may vary between styles and suppliers. Review the applicable product description, size information, materials, care instructions, photographs and final-sale notices before ordering. Minor manufacturing variation does not necessarily mean a product is defective.

Availability

Products, colours, sizes and variants are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve inventory. For made-to-order products, availability may also depend on blank-product inventory, supplier availability, decoration capability and fulfilment-partner capacity. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct inventory errors or remove products from sale.

If we cannot fulfil a paid item, we will not intentionally substitute a materially different product without your approval. The affected item may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.

Prices, currency and errors

Prices are shown in the currency presented by the storefront or checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other amounts collected by Shopify are shown before payment is completed where available.

We may correct obvious pricing, description, inventory, discount, technical or typographical errors. If an error materially affects a paid order, we may contact you to confirm the corrected information or cancel the affected item and return the eligible amount to the original payment method.

Order acceptance and fraud review

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that the order was received. We may review, decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of product availability, payment authorization, fraud risk, an obvious error, unsupported or incomplete delivery information, purchase limits, unauthorized resale or legal requirements. For made-to-order products, production may begin shortly after the order is accepted and submitted for fulfilment.

Orders may be reviewed using Shopify, payment processors, fraud-analysis tools, address-verification information and carrier data. We may contact you to verify order, billing, shipping or identity information when reasonably necessary.

Payment

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. IN2R does not directly receive or store complete payment-card details entered through Shopify checkout.

Made-to-Order, Pre-Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Made-to-order products

Some IN2R products are identified on the product page as Made to Order. IN2R carefully selects these products to be prepared specifically after an order is placed rather than taken from our Saskatoon on-hand inventory. They are professionally printed or embroidered in Canada by our approved fulfilment partner and shipped from Canada. They are separate from products sold through a limited pre-order window.

Printing or embroidery typically takes 2–5 business days. Carrier transit within Canada is typically about 3–4 business days after production, so most made-to-order orders arrive in approximately 5–9 business days total. Some orders may take up to approximately 12 business days. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Made-to-order products are printed or embroidered and shipped from Canada by our approved Canadian fulfilment partner. Production may begin shortly after an order is accepted. Cancellation, size, colour or other modification requests must therefore be made as soon as possible and cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment has begun.

Eligible made-to-order apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery for IN2R store credit, subject to the conditions in our Refund & Return Policy. Direct exchanges are not available on made-to-order apparel. Customers are responsible for voluntary return shipping, and each made-to-order apparel item is eligible for one voluntary return for store credit.

Made-to-order headwear remains final sale for voluntary reasons. These terms do not limit rights that apply to defective, damaged, incorrect, misrepresented or otherwise non-compliant products.

Made-to-order products are printed or embroidered and shipped from Canada. If an order contains both Saskatoon-stocked products and made-to-order products, the order may be divided into separate shipments and may arrive at different times.

Pre-orders and special-order products

Pre-order products are offered during a published order window. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, a pre-order may be changed or cancelled while that order window remains open.

The published pre-order closing date and time is the order and cancellation cutoff — not a shipping or delivery date. After the window closes, confirmed orders are committed and production, supplier ordering or fulfilment may begin.

After the published window closes, a pre-order is final sale for voluntary reasons such as change of mind, sizing, fit, colour or preference. This does not limit rights that apply to defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-compliant products.

Any production or estimated ship window shown on a product page is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. If fulfilment is materially delayed, we will communicate updated timing and provide any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law. If IN2R cannot fulfil a paid pre-order, the affected item will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping and delivery

Online shipping is available to destinations offered during checkout, including Canada, the United States and selected international countries. Available destinations, methods and rates may change based on carrier service and fulfilment requirements.

In-stock products are normally prepared within the processing timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy. Made-to-order products require printing or embroidery in Canada before carrier transit begins, and pre-orders and special-order products follow their separate product-page fulfilment timelines.

Orders containing Saskatoon-stocked products and made-to-order products may be split into separate shipments and may arrive at different times. Tracking information will be provided for each tracked shipment when available.

Carrier transit and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by production timing, product availability, weather, carrier disruptions, statutory holidays, remote destinations, customs processing for international orders, address errors or events outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Returns, Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit

Returns and exchanges

Eligible voluntary in-stock apparel and made-to-order apparel returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and comply with the requirements in our Refund & Return Policy. Approved voluntary returns are generally issued as IN2R store credit unless applicable law requires another remedy.

Made-to-order apparel is not eligible for direct voluntary exchanges. Customers are responsible for voluntary return shipping, and each made-to-order apparel item is eligible for one voluntary return for store credit. Headwear remains final sale for voluntary returns and exchanges. Pre-orders are subject to their published order-window rules. Other products may also be identified as Final Sale on the product page.

These voluntary-return restrictions do not limit remedies that may apply to defective, damaged, unsafe, misrepresented or incorrectly supplied goods, or other mandatory consumer rights.

Discounts and promotions

Discount codes, bundles and limited-time offers are subject to the conditions shown with the promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, have no cash value and cannot be applied after an order is placed. Eligibility requirements must be met at checkout.

We may correct a promotion affected by an obvious pricing, technical or configuration error, subject to applicable law.

Gift cards and store credit

Gift cards and store credit are subject to the terms shown when purchased or issued and to applicable law. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, gift cards are non-refundable and store credit cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or converted to another payment method.

IN2R store credit issued under the Refund & Return Policy does not expire. Purchases paid using store credit are generally returned to store credit when an eligible return is approved.

Intellectual Property & Registered Trademark

IN2R content and brand assets

The IN2R brand name, logos, artwork, graphics, photographs, videos, written content, product designs, slogans, website content and other original materials are owned by or licensed to IN2R Clothing & Apparel or the applicable rights holder and may be protected by trademark, copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

Unless permission has been granted, IN2R material may not be copied, traced, altered, reproduced, manufactured, republished, distributed, sold, licensed or used for unauthorized commercial purposes. Customers may share links to publicly available IN2R webpages and use store-provided social-sharing features as long as the source is not misrepresented and the use does not imply an unauthorized partnership or endorsement.

The INEED2RIDE & DESIGN logo is identified by IN2R as a registered Canadian design trademark owned by Aidan Anderson.

The registered design may not be copied, altered, traced, reproduced, printed, manufactured, distributed, sold or used without authorization. Unauthorized use that creates source confusion, suggests an unauthorized endorsement, appears on counterfeit merchandise or otherwise infringes IN2R rights is prohibited.

Reviews & Submitted Content

Customers may be able to submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, testimonials, questions or other content. Submitted content must be truthful, relevant and respectful and must not infringe another person’s rights, disclose another person’s private information without permission, contain malicious code, misrepresent an experience or promote fraudulent or manipulated reviews.

We may moderate, decline or remove submitted content that violates these conditions.

By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to provide it and grant IN2R Clothing & Apparel a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display, reproduce and share it in connection with the website, products, social-media accounts and marketing, subject to applicable law and any consent choices presented when the content is submitted.

Privacy, Third-Party Services & Website Security

Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy law and our Privacy Policy. Information may be used for purposes such as processing and fulfiling orders, providing support, preventing fraud, managing accounts, communicating about purchases, meeting legal obligations and sending marketing where permitted.

The store may rely on third-party providers such as Shopify, payment processors, manufacturers, print-on-demand and fulfilment partners, carriers, email providers, analytics services, advertising platforms, social-media services, review tools and fraud-prevention providers. These providers operate under their own terms, systems and privacy practices.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. A link does not necessarily mean that IN2R endorses or guarantees the third party, its products, security, privacy practices or availability.

Website availability and security

We work to keep the store available, accurate and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Features may be modified, suspended or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, service-provider outages, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimers, Liability, Governing Law & Contact

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided for general shopping and informational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IN2R does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, error-free content, permanent product availability, guaranteed delivery estimates or uninterrupted third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IN2R will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from website use, unauthorized account use, independent third-party services, fulfilment-partner or carrier delays, customs processing, customer-provided address errors or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits warranties, remedies, product-safety obligations, consumer protections or other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Store Legal Policy when our business, products, store functionality, service providers or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes do not remove mandatory rights that applied to an accepted order when it was placed.

Governing law, severability and no waiver

This Store Legal Policy and use of the website are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the applicable federal laws of Canada. This does not prevent customers from relying on mandatory consumer protections available under other applicable law.

If part of this policy is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure by IN2R to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
