This Store Legal Policy should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Made to Order information page and Refund & Return Policy. Nothing on this page limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account, contacting us or placing an order. If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, you may use the store only with the permission and supervision required by applicable law.

  • Do not commit fraud, impersonate another person or submit false or misleading information.
  • Do not interfere with website security, restricted systems or store operations.
  • Do not transmit malicious code or collect information about other customers without authorization.
  • Do not violate applicable law, third-party rights or IN2R intellectual-property rights.
  • Do not make unauthorized commercial use of store content or purchase products for unauthorized resale.

Mental-health and lifestyle messaging

IN2R may publish motivational, lifestyle or mental-health-related brand messaging. This content is for general brand, community and informational purposes and is not medical advice, counselling, diagnosis, treatment or a substitute for professional healthcare.

Products, Pricing, Payments & Orders

Product information and sizing

IN2R makes reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, colours, specifications, pricing, sizing and availability accurately. Product appearance and sizing can vary because of device, screen, photography, supplier and normal manufacturing differences. Review product details, sizing, care information and final-sale notices before ordering.

Availability

Products and variants are subject to availability. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve inventory. For made-to-order products, availability may also depend on blank-product inventory, supplier availability, decoration capability and fulfilment-partner capacity. If IN2R cannot fulfil a paid item, it will not intentionally substitute a materially different product without approval; the affected item may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.

Prices, currency and errors

Prices are shown in the currency presented by the storefront or checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other amounts collected by Shopify are shown before payment where available. IN2R may correct obvious pricing, description, inventory, discount, technical or typographical errors and may cancel an affected paid item and refund the eligible amount to the original payment method.

Order acceptance, fraud review and payment

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. IN2R may review, decline or cancel an order because of availability, payment authorization, fraud risk, obvious errors, unsupported delivery information, purchase limits, unauthorized resale or legal requirements. Payment must be authorized before processing. IN2R does not directly receive or store complete payment-card details entered through Shopify checkout.

Made-to-Order Products

Some IN2R products are identified on the product page as Made to Order. IN2R carefully selects these products to be prepared specifically after an order is placed rather than taken from our Saskatoon on-hand inventory. They are professionally printed or embroidered in Canada by our approved fulfilment partner and shipped from Canada.

Printing or embroidery typically takes 2–5 business days. Carrier transit within Canada is typically about 3–4 business days after production, so most made-to-order orders arrive in approximately 5–9 business days total. Some orders may take up to approximately 12 business days. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Cancellation, size, colour or other modification requests must be made as soon as possible and cannot be guaranteed after printing or embroidery begins.

Eligible made-to-order apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery for IN2R store credit, subject to the conditions in the Refund & Return Policy. Direct exchanges are not available on made-to-order apparel. Customers are responsible for voluntary return shipping, and each made-to-order apparel item is eligible for one voluntary return for store credit.

Made-to-order headwear remains final sale for voluntary reasons. These terms do not limit rights that apply to defective, damaged, incorrect, misrepresented or otherwise non-compliant products.

Pre-Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Pre-orders and special-order products

Pre-orders may be changed or cancelled while the published order window remains open unless otherwise stated. The published pre-order closing date and time is the order and cancellation cutoff — not a shipping or delivery date. After the window closes, confirmed orders are committed and production, supplier ordering or fulfilment may begin.

After the published window closes, a pre-order is final sale for voluntary reasons such as change of mind, sizing, fit, colour or preference. Mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-compliant products remain unaffected.

Production and estimated ship windows are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Material delays will be communicated and any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law will be provided. If IN2R cannot fulfil a paid pre-order, the affected item will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping and delivery

Online shipping is available to destinations offered during checkout, including Canada, the United States and selected international countries. Available destinations, methods and rates may change based on carrier service and fulfilment requirements. In-stock, made-to-order and pre-order products follow the timelines stated in the Shipping Policy and applicable product information. Made-to-order products are professionally printed or embroidered and shipped from Canada through our approved Canadian fulfilment partner. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed.

Returns, Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit

Returns and exchanges

Eligible voluntary in-stock apparel and made-to-order apparel returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Approved voluntary returns are generally issued as IN2R store credit unless applicable law requires another remedy. Made-to-order apparel is not eligible for direct voluntary exchanges. Headwear remains final sale for voluntary returns and exchanges. Pre-orders are subject to the order-window rules above. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.

Discounts and promotions

Discounts, bundles and limited-time offers are subject to the conditions shown with the promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, have no cash value and cannot be applied after an order is placed. IN2R may correct promotions affected by an obvious pricing, technical or configuration error, subject to applicable law.

Gift cards and store credit

Gift cards and store credit are subject to the terms shown when purchased or issued and applicable law. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, gift cards are non-refundable and store credit cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or converted to another payment method. IN2R store credit issued under the Refund & Return Policy does not expire.

Intellectual Property & Registered Trademark

IN2R content and brand assets

The IN2R brand name, logos, artwork, graphics, photographs, videos, written content, product designs, slogans, website content and other original materials are owned by or licensed to IN2R Clothing & Apparel or the applicable rights holder and may be protected by trademark, copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Unauthorized copying, tracing, alteration, reproduction, manufacture, distribution, sale, licensing or commercial use is prohibited.

INEED2RIDE & DESIGN

The INEED2RIDE & DESIGN logo is identified by IN2R as a registered Canadian design trademark owned by Aidan Anderson.

Customer Reviews & Submitted Content

Submitted reviews, photographs, videos, comments, testimonials, questions or other content must be truthful, relevant and respectful and must not infringe another person's rights, disclose private information without permission, contain malicious code or misrepresent an experience. IN2R may moderate or remove content that violates these conditions.

By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you confirm that you own it or have permission to provide it and grant IN2R a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display, reproduce and share it in connection with the website, products, social-media accounts and marketing, subject to applicable law and consent choices presented when submitted.

Privacy, Third-Party Services & Website Security

Third-party services and external links

The store may rely on Shopify, payment processors, manufacturers, print-on-demand and fulfilment partners, carriers, email providers, analytics services, advertising platforms, social-media services, review tools and fraud-prevention providers. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. External links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily mean that IN2R endorses or guarantees the third party.

Website availability and security

IN2R works to keep the store available, accurate and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Features may be modified, suspended or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, service-provider outages, security incidents or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IN2R does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, error-free content, permanent product availability, guaranteed delivery estimates or uninterrupted third-party services and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from website use, unauthorized account use, independent third-party services, carrier or customs delays, customer address errors or events outside reasonable control.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits warranties, remedies, product-safety obligations, consumer protections or other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes, governing law, severability and no waiver

IN2R may update this policy when the business, store functionality, service providers or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted with an updated date. The policy and use of the website are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and applicable federal laws of Canada, without preventing customers from relying on mandatory protections available under other applicable law. If part of the policy is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
